Founded by Jason Ratzlaff, a seasoned dirtbike racer and software engineer with over 30 years of experience, our mission is to provide a one-stop destination for fellow riders to access affordable motorcycle parts while fostering a sense of camaraderie that can only be found on the open road.

Our Founder, Jason Ratzlaff

Jason Ratzlaff is a name synonymous with both software engineering excellence and the world of dirtbike racing. With an unwavering passion for motorcycles, Jason has not only conquered the rugged terrains as a racer but has also spent decades crafting intricate lines of code. His dual expertise reflects his commitment to pushing boundaries – whether it's mastering a challenging racecourse or developing innovative software solutions.

With an impressive racing career that spans 3-wheelers, motocross, and desert racing at a professional level, Jason's heart beats to the rhythm of off-road racing. But he's not content with just being a racer. Jason's vision extended beyond the track; he dreamt of a platform where fellow riders could find affordable parts and accessories to enhance their own riding experiences.

 

Johnny Murphree,
The founder of Gem County Motorsports, brings a lifetime of championship-winning AMA Dirt Track experience to our team. His prowess on the dirt track has garnered him numerous titles and accolades. Jason and Johnny share a bond that spans over 30 years – from riding together to attending school together. When Johnny established his Beta and Sherco motorcycle shop in Emmett, ID, the stars aligned for Jason to bring their parts catalog online and embark on a business venture that celebrates their shared love of motorcycles.

Steve Hengeveld,
Our co-founder and head of e-commerce operations, is a name synonymous with off-road racing excellence. With an astounding record of 8 Baja 500 overall wins, 8 Baja 1000 overall victories, along with Trophy Truck, Spec Truck, and UTV race wins, Steve is a force to be reckoned with in the off-road scene. His deep-rooted connection to the desert and love for riding makes every adventure with him an unforgettable experience. Jason and Steve's paths crossed in the deserts of Baja, and their mutual passion for conquering the desert further solidified their partnership.

Together, this trio of founders brings an unparalleled combination of expertise, experience, and enthusiasm to GoRide Motorsports. With a commitment to excellence and a shared love for motorcycles, we invite you to join us on this journey of camaraderie, adventure, and passion.
