RZR Turbo S Boxed Suspension Kit

Master Fabrication is proud to introduce a fully boxed, stock replacement suspension for the Polaris RZR Turbo S. This newly designed suspension is equipped with the highest quality components on the market.

The A-arms are constructed of .095 4130 Chromoly plate that is fully gusseted internally and TIG welded. On the upper A-arms, we use a 5/8" JMX FK Rod Ends for full adjustability with 17-4 stainless misalignments on all pivot points. The lower A-arm is in a fixed position using 3/4" FK Spherical Bearings.

The rear trailing arm is also constructed of .095 wall Chromoly plate with internal gussets and tig welding. The trailing arm pivots off of a 7/8" JMX FK Rod End and 17-4 stainless misalignments. To protect the rear wheel internals, we use a UHMW Rock Guards that hugs the trailing arm like a glove, utilizing style and function to the fullest.

The radius rods in the rear pivot inside of a .095 4130 Chromoly tig welded box that replaces the stock plate.

With the quality of this suspension, you will be able to push your Polaris Rzr Turbo S to new limits.
